Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time realising that though the notice dated 25.06.2024 has been issued to the alleged encroachers, there is no order passed under Section 245 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2000 is not pressing this petition with liberty to pursue the remedy before the Nagar Nigam Authorities. 2. The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 3. There is no doubt that the Authorities concerned shall proceed in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible to deal with the grievance raised by the Nagar Nigam Authorities.
