East Shimla, H.P. has come present along with record, but before petition at hand could be heard and decided on its own merits, learned counsel representing the petitioner, while making available copy of order dated 10.07.2025, passed by Special Judge under NDPS Act (CBI Court), Shimla, states that since co-accused has been already granted bail, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court below for grant of bail on the analogy of other co-accused. Ordered accordingly. Needles 2 to say, Court, while passing the order, has not made any observation with regard to merits of the case and as such, Court below is expected to decide the case on its own merits.
