Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor. 3. Alleging non-compliance of order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2882 of 2025, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present contempt application. 4. Learned counsel for the Contemnor, on the other hand, submitted that in the meantime the order passed by this Court has already been complied with. The representation of the Petitioner has been disposed of by passing a speaking order dated 17.11.2025 by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department. Page 2 of 2. 5. A copy of the order dated 17.11.2025 be served on the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid development, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court again by filing a fresh writ petition in the event he is aggrieved by order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the Commissioner- cum-Secretary to Government of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department.
