Dilip Buildcon Ltd. and others), order dated 19.10.2022 summoning the applicants under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, orders dated 07.03.2024 and 20.04.2024 issuing bailable warrants against the applicants, order dated 14.02.2025 issuing non bailable warrant against the applicants, order dated 07.03.2025 issuing the process of 82 c.r.p.c, pending before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Auraiya, due to technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
