Case No. 89 of 2025 arising out of Pakur (T) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur. 3. On 15.03.2025, at about 05:00 P.M., theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelries and Rs. 2500/- from there. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in connection with S.T.
