The Settlement Agreement dated 10th March, 2025 (hereinafter “Settlement Agreement”) has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the parties and their respective counsel. 3. I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful. 4. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Arjun Mookerjee, counsel appearing on behalf of defendant no.2/ GODADDY.COM LLC, submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 4th December, 2024, the defendant no.2 has locked and suspended the domain names www.khadisanskriti.com and www.khadisanskriti.in. He submits that domain name registration of www.khadisanskriti.in has already expired and therefore, the same is available for registration by the public. 8. Insofar as the, domain name www.khadisanskriti.com is concerned, it is stated that the registration granted by the defendant no.2 is valid till December, 2025. 9. Accordingly, it is directed the domain name www.khadisanskriti.com shall be transferred to the plaintiff subject to the plaintiff providing requisite information and paying the transfer charges. 10. Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 11.
