---- 02/18.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No.99 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sectios 299 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3, 6, 7 and 12 of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2025 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jamtara.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the petitioner has nothing to do with the hotel and recovery of the alleged flesh from the hotel as well as cooked flesh. He further submits that the recovery was made from the hotel and the petitioner is not the owner of the hotel. He then submits that three persons have been shown as owner of the said hotel. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there that the petitioner is the owner of the said hotel.

Considering that from the hotel the said flesh has been recovered and it has been argued that the petitioner is not the owner of the said hotel and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No.99 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
