He has submitted F- Line applications bearing No.FSNV012500792898 dated 18.07.2025 through online, for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries of his land to an extent of Ac.4.50 cents in Sy.No.6-1, Ac.0.95 cents in Sy.No.17-1, Ac.0.56 cents in Sy.No.17-3, Ac.1.19 cents in Sy.No.19-2 Ac.1.69 cents in Sy.No.19-3, Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.21, Ac.2.27 cents in Sy.No.22-1, Ac.2.32 cents in Sy.No.22-2, Ac.3.21 cents in Sy.No.23-1 and Ac.2.16 cents in Sy.No.23-2 situated at Gownivaripalle Revenue Village, Gorantia Mandal of Sri Satya Sai District, and in order to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners. However, the respondent-authorities went on postponing the survey. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, coupled with obstruction by neighboring landowners, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s F-Line application has constrained him to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on 4 the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500792898 dated 18.07.2025, submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, sub-division and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner’s land, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
