This interlocutory application has been filed by the claimant/respondent Page No.# 2/2 No. 1 in connection with MAC Appeal No. 158/2022 praying for allowing the claimant/applicant to withdraw fifty percent of the awarded amount, which has been deposited by the appellant, namely, United India Insurance Company Limited in pursuant to the directions of this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant has deposited the said amount (Rs.1,88,842/-) on 27.04.2022 in pursuant to the directions of this Court in I.A.(C) No. 901/2022 dated 25.03.2022. 4. The learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company has not objected to the prayer. Hence, this interlocutory application is allowed. 5. The Registry shall disperse the fifty percent of the awarded amount deposited before it by the appellant/Insurance Company, namely, United India Insurance Company Limited in pursuant to the directions of this Court in I.A.(C) No. 901/2022 to the present applicant/claimant, namely, Mrs. Sonia Rajak after proper verification. 6.
