Heard Sri Neeraj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Anita Kushwaha, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, Advocate for Respondents-2 to 4. 2. Petitioner has rushed to this Court against order dated 22.02.2025 whereby certain information was sought from petitioner and other employees. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a reply was filed and he referred a copy of it annexed as Annexure-4 to this writ petition. According to learned counsel for petitioner all relevant facts were mentioned in said reply. 4. I have perused the said reply, however, on face of it, the information sought was not replied and facts are also mentioned vaguely. Therefore, an opportunity is granted to petitioner to submit a detail reply so that he may be able to show that his case is distinguishable. Said exercise ought to have been done at the earliest point of time. 5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with observation that in case petitioner files a detail reply annexing all relevant documents within three weeks from today, the concerned respondent will consider it and in case petitioner’s case is distinguishable, a reasoned order will be passed within a short period thereafter.
