Placing the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff on record, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of while setting aside the impugned order at Annexure-A with a further direction to the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru to allow the application filed in I.A.No.4 and return the plaint to the plaintiffs in terms of the order VII Rule 10. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff submits that an application has already been filed by the plaintiff to return the plaint to be presented before the competent court.
