Heard Mr. Chandra Prakash Ahrey, learned counsel for petitioners in CRMP No.2111/2025 and Mr. Satyendra Mahadev, learned counsel for petitioners in CRMP No. 2116/2025. Also heard Mr. 3 Malay Jain as well as Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents / State. 2. The petitioners have filed I.A. No.1/2025 i.e. application for grant of stay in CRMP No.2111/2025, praying for following relief:- “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the F.I.R. registered at Crime No.28/2025, registered with Police Station- Women Police Station- Raipur, dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P/1), in the interest of justice accordingly.” 3. The petitioners have filed I.A. No.1/2025 i.e. application for grant of stay in CRMP No.2116/2025, praying for following relief:- “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the F.I.R. registered at Crime No.28/2025, registered with Police Station- Women Police Station- Raipur, dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P/1), in the interest of justice accordingly.” 4. From perusal of the relief prayed for in I.A. No.01/2025 i.e. application for grant of stay in both the petitions, it transpires that the same are defective and vague as the matters is still under investigation and the charge-sheet is yet to be filed and further, the petitioners are already on bail. 5. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners pray to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 6. Accordingly, both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petitions afresh with appropriate prayer and 4 pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- (each), total Rs.4,000/- as cost by the counsel for the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Disabled College, Mana Camp, Raipur (C.G.). 7. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petitions, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
