The instant revision has been preferred by the revisionist to quash the impugned judgment and order dated 07.04.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura in Case No. 1587 of 2019 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District- Mathura. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that by way of instant revision, interim maintenance order passed against the revisionist was challenged but proceeding pending against the revisionist under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has now been culminated and on the application moved by O.P. No.2, application filed by her under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been withdrawn, therefore, instant revision has become infructuous and, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
