It has been very fairly submitted by learned senior counsel for the opposite party-Birsa Agriculture University that the order of this Court has already been complied with and in compliance of the Court’s order,

payment has been made to the petitioners. However, regarding payment the arrears of salary, the same shall be extended to the petitioner by March,
2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not object to the same.
In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties and hence, the same is dropped.
Resultantly, both the contempt petitions stand disposed of.
However, liberty is reserved with the petitioners to move fresh, if the order is not complied with.
The show-cause filed by the opposite party-BAU is taken on board.
