Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tarhasi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased Binita Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. It appears that the deceased has committed suicide due to petty quarrel. 4. Charge has been framed under section 108 of the B.N.S. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that some witnesses have stated that the deceased had committed suicide due to petty quarrel with the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Tarhasi P.S.
