(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.23 dated 25.04.2019 under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 66C, 66D and 73 of the Information and Technology Act, 2008 registered at Police Station Cyber Gurugram, District Gurugram alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the matter is at an advance stage in the trial, he thus does want to press the instant petition at this stage and prays for grant of liberty to raise all the issues before the trial Court in accordance with law.
