Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The execution of order passed in CWP No. 2405 of 2020, titled Sanjay Sharma vs. State of H.P. & Ors., decided on 12.01.2023 is sought, which was decided alongwith bunch of 565 cases, lead case whereof was LPA No. 165 of 2021, titled State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Surajmani & Anr. 2. The respondents-State in its compliance report have submitted that work-charge status has been granted to the petitioner on completion of eight (8) years of service as daily wage vide order dated 12.09.2025, passed by Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle, Dharamshala. 2 2025:HHC:34939 3. The perusal of the same would go to show that on the basis of the order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1595 of 2025, titled State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Surajmani, decided on 06.02.2025, work-charge status has been granted on completion of eight (8) years of service as daily wage, on notional basis. The necessary fixation has also been done by the Executive Engineer vide Office Order dated 23.09.2025. 5.
