A perusal of the compliance affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 shows that an order dated 30.8.2023 has been passed granting promotion to the applicant w.e.f. 28.2.2009 in the pay-scale of Junior Clerk. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged.
