He has submitted F- Line application bearing No.FSNV012500817856 dated 25.08.2025 through online, for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries of his extent of Ac.0.0900 cents in Sy.No.241-BSC situated at Santhekudlur Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District. However, the land to an respondent-authorities went on postponing the survey. Despite the persistent requests, coupled with obstruction by petitioner’s neighboring landowners, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s F-Line application has constrained him to approach this Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 2. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the Writ Petition is disposed of 4 directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing N0.FSNVOI2500817856 dated 25.08.2025, submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, sub-division and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner’s land, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
