The learned counsels for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for non-compliance of order dated 02.11.2022, passed in W.P.(S) No. 278 of 2020, and the order dated 19.05.2023 passed in CMP No.941 of 2022.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 has submitted that he has received instruction over the phone, which is to the following effect: -
“In terms of Joint Secretary, Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department, Govt. of Bihar letter no.3367 dated – 20.06.2025 O/o the Patna A.G issued Special Seal Authority (SSA) vide no.Pen – 11/92414P2 dated – 21.07.2025 and accordingly this office issued Family Pension

revision order vide application no.1525210218 dated 14.08.2025.”
4. The learned counsel submits that now there is no impediment in releasing payment to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has to go to the treasury office at Ranchi to do the needful so that the pension is released in her favour.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding, which is hereby dropped.
