Mr. Kuldeep Chandel, Advocate, vice Mr. Sunit Sood, Advocate, for the respondents. CMP No.24498 of 2025 The main matter, in the case at hand, i.e. CMPMO No.464 of 2022, was decided on 12.07.2024. Vide order dated 05.12.2024, passed in CMP No.23378 of 2024, the amount had been deposited by the non- applicants/petitioners. It had been made clear in the order dated 05.12.2024 that on deposit of the amount, the same shall be released in favour of the applicants/respondents, as and when the present applicant files an appropriate application in this respect. Since the present application has been filed, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of the Court is ordered to be released in favour applicant along with upto date interest accrued thereupon, if any. The detail of the bank account of the applicant has been given in prayer clause. The amount be remitted in the bank account of the applicant, subject to proper verification of his identity. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.24499 of 2025 The applicants are exempted from filing the true typed translation of Pages No.11 to 15 in question annexed with the CMP No.24498 of 2025, at this stage, subject to filing of the same within seven days, as and when directed to do so.
