The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the learned Trial Court and furnishing the bail bond by two weeks. It is submitted that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was allowed vide order dated 23.08.2024 in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 512 of 2023. The husband of the petitioner no. 1-Mahadev Thakur who is father-in-law of petitioner no. 2 was admitted in RIMS, Ranchi from 20.08.2024 to 31.08.2024 and therefore, they could not surrender within stipulate time. Learned A.P.P. for State has opposed the prayer for extension. Considering the grounds taken, two weeks further extension of time is allowed from today, failing which, the learned Trial Court will proceed as per law against the petitioners. This Criminal Misc.
