The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 238 of 2024, for the offences registered under sections 341, 323, 385, 387, 427 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 4. On 25.07.2023, rangdari was demanded from the Informant from mobile no. 7783094870. 5. It was submitted that the aforesaid mobile number does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that there was no delivery of money to the accused person. It was finally submitted that co-accused Jorge Sandi Purty has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and another co-accused namely Dayal Purti @ Abhiman Purti @ Dayal has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Murhu P.S.
