Heard Mr. Ravipal Maheshwari, learned counsel for the petitioner/s. Also heard Mr. Satish Gupta, learned Government Advocate for State/respondent/s as well as Ms. Aditi Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents No.8 & 9. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have deposited amount for construction of shops for running their livelihood to the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Jogigupha. Though he has constructed the shops, but since the shops were constructed on government land, as such it was demolished by the State Authorities. Now, the petitioners have filed this petition with the prayer that the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Jogigupha and the other authorities of Gram Panchayat, Jogigupha be directed to construct shops and to allot them in accordance with 4 law. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel has not objected the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts that the petitioners have deposited amount for construction of shops for running their livelihood to the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Jogigupha, the petitioners are directed to file an application before the concerned Gram Panchayat raising their grievances which has been raised in this petition and in turn the concerned Gram Panchayat and the other authorities relating to said Gram Panchayat are directed to consider the same and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of sixty days. 6.
