Sahani, Advocate For the O.Ps. : Mr. Rohit, AC to AAG-I ---------- 05/ 14.01.2025 Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court has already been complied with and in compliance thereof, reasoned order has already been passed. 2. However, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though reasoned order has been passed but despite acquittal of the petitioner in criminal case till date the entire benefits for which petitioner is entitled for has not been extended 3. In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties and hence, the same is dropped. 4. Resultantly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of. 5. Since the petitioner is acquitted in criminal case, he is at liberty to move before the appropriate forum for redressal of his surviving grievances if not redressed till date which shall be considered and benefits shall be extended within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order along with representation of petitioner.
