In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for following reliefs: "A) Direct the respondents to grant an extent of land measuring 48 acres in Sy.No.24 of Madi - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:17806 WP No. 21294 of 2023 Agrahara Village, Yalahanka Hobli, Yalahanka Taluk by exercising the power conferred under Rule 27 of the Karnataka Land Grant Rules, 1969 by way of giving effect to the order dated 22.06.2016 passed by the respondent no.1 (Annexure-K) and the report dated 21.11.2016 (Annexure-L) submitted by the respondent No.2; B) Direct the respondents, not to grant or create third party interest on the land measuring 48 acres in Sy.No.24 of Madi Agrahara Village, Yalahanka Hobli, Yalahanka Taluk until the decision is taken on the order dated 22.06.2016 passed by the respondent No.1 (Annexure-K) and the Report dated 21.11.2016 (Annexure-L) submitted by the respondent No.2." 2.
