Dilip Buildcon Ltd. and others), order dated 19.10.2022 summoning the applicants under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, orders dated 07.03.2024 and 20.04.2024 issuing bailable warrants against the applicants, and order dated 14.02.2025 issuing non bailable warrant against the applicants, pending before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Auraiya, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
