The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent-authorities to accept the application of the petitioners for their registration at Jharkhand, who were earlier registered with Karnataka State Nursing Council and applied for transfer of their registration from the said Council. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though affidavits have been filed by the concerned respondents, but the fact remains that no decision has yet been taken by the 3rd respondent. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to treat this writ application as representation and pass an order in accordance with law. If the concerned respondent wants to have any further information from the petitioners, then appropriate notice should be issued to them and final order be passed as early as possible, but not beyond a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/ production of the order and the same shall be communicated to the petitioners.
