Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 have arrived at an oral settlement in terms of which, the defendant no.1 is agreeable to a decree of permanent injunction being passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant no.1. 2. Further, the defendant no.1, who appears in person through video conferencing, has also agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- towards costs and damages. 3. The defendant no.1 submits that he has also given up the following domain name and emails: i. www.netakhadishirts.com ii. contact@netakhadishirt.com iii. Sale@netakhadishirt.com iv. netakhadishirts@gmail.com This is a digitally signed order. The damages and cost of Rs. 2,00,000/- shall be paid by the defendant no.1 to the plaintiff in four (4) equal monthly instalments of Rs. 50,000/- each, payable on 1st April, 2025, 1st May, 2025, 1st June, 2025 and 1st July, 2025 respectively. 6. The plaintiff does not press for the remaining reliefs claimed in the plaint. 7. The suit is decreed in the aforesaid terms. 8. Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. 9.
