No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2. An application for urgent hearing is taken for consideration and order has been passed. 3 3. The petitioner is a complainant, he has made a complaint before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Arang, Raipur and other authorities stating that the respondents No. 4, 5 & 6 who are authorities of Panchayat have committed misappropriate of funds and they have not conducted the work assigned and as such necessary action would be required to be taken against them. Upon this, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Arang, Raipur has conducted an enquiry and after due enquiry order has been passed stating that the complaint as set forth by the complainant has not been proved. Thereafter, the said order of the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Arang, Raipur dated 27.09.2021 was challenged before the Additional Collector, Raipur and vide order dated 28.06.2022, the Additional Collector, Raipur has passed an order stating that the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Arang, Raipur is in accordance with law and it is not required to be interfered with against that this petition has been filed. 4. I have perused the order as well as record of the case. 5. From the perusal of record, there is nothing to show that the two Courts below have committed any illegality for passing the orders ,the petitioner is a mere complainant his locus is also not to challenge the said orders, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Arang, Raipur has conducted an enquiry and passed well 4 reasoned order which is not required to be interfered with. 6.
