On 30.07.2024, notice was ordered to the petitioner on the ground that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. Notice sent by the Registry was returned with an endorsement ‘no such person in the address’. This being old matter and as the petitioner is not evincing interest in prosecuting the case, on 07.07.2025, the matter is posted under the caption for dismissal. 2.
Despite the matter being listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
