Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.10.2024 passed by the respondent no.3/Tehsildar, Sikandarau, District Hathras in proceeding u/s.67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 registered as Case No.00596/2019 Computerized No. T201918340400596 "Gaon Sabha vs. Jagdish and Another". b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to evict the petitioner from the Khasra No.148 (Min.) measuring an area about 0.069 Hectare situated at Village Chheetupur, Pargana and Tehsil Sikandararau and District Hathras or not to create any third party right with regard to the plot in question." 3. The order impugned in the writ petition is an order passed under Section 67 of the Revenue Code, 2006 against the petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the order is appelable/revisable. 5. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy as available to him under law.
