They have neither engaged the services of an advocate nor conducted the case as a party in person. 3. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Notification dated 18.01.2021 issued by the second respondent in ¸ÀASÉå: PÀAE 04 ªÀÄĸÉë 2021 under Section 21 of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997 vide Annexure-A. 4. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 5. Suffice it to note that the Government by virtue of the Notification dated 18.01.2021 appointed/ nominated respondents 5 to 12 as Members to District Dharmika Parishath for a period of four years. - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC:397 WP No. 24574 of 2021 6. Counsel Sri.Jagadish Baliga.N., on instruction submits that after the State Assembly Election 2023, a new Committee has been formed. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. Taking note of the submission made by counsel Sri.Jagadish Baliga.N, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition at this juncture. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
