Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive relief:- “i) That the present writ petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to declare the result of the petitioner and 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - to consider her case for appointment to the post of Medical Laboratory Technician Grade-Il from due date with all consequential benefits.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reliefs prayed for and the legal issue involved in the case have already been adjudicated upon Rajesh Kumar Vs. State of H.P. and Ors2. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, she is permitted to submit comprehensive representation to the respondents/ Competent Authority seeking the relief prayed for by her in the writ petition, whereafter, respondents /Competent Authority, be directed to decide the representation to be made by her, in a time bound manner. Learned Assistant Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. In view of above submissions, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make comprehensive representation to the respondents /Competent Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, in light of aforesaid decision, within a further period of six weeks by passing order, which shall also be communicated to 2 CWP No. 4145 of 2022 , decided alongwith connected matters on 01.09.2022 - 3 - the petitioner.
