The present revision petition has been filed by the petitoner with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 16.03.2017, passed by Third Additional, Principal Judge, Family Court RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 Durg, District Durg (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 716/2015 and further be pleased to allow the application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. and adduced the amount of maintenance suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that permanent alimony has already been granted to the petitioner in F.A.M. No. 121/2017 and subsequently in Review Petition No. 95/2024, as such, this petition has disposed of. 4. In view of the above submission made learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of.-- 5. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record of the present case and a copy of this order to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action, if any.
