The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 07.05.1999 of Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana and order dated 18.12.2000 passed by Appellate Authority. 2. The matter relates to recovery of Rs.30,252.95/-. The petition was admitted vide order dated 10.07.2001 and it was specifically noted down that there is no stay. A period of 20 years from the date of impugned order has passed away. At this stage, considering the efflux of time and amount involved, this Court does not find it appropriate to adjudicate the issue on merits. 3. Disposed of.
