ORDER:
The present revision is filed against the order dated 28.10.2021 in E.A.No.81 of 2021 in E.P.No.13 of 2017 in O.S.No.218 of 2014 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis between the parties has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat.
3. The submission is placed on record.
4. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
