2 consequently direct the 2nd Respondent herein to dispose off the Revision filed by the Petitioner herein vide Appeal No.325 of 2020(R.O.R)(D4) challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent herein vide D.DisNo.D2/1617/2019 dated 04.02.2020 expeditiously within the stipulated time period as this Hon'ble Court may fix in accordance with the law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased DIRECT the 2nd Respondent herein to dispose the Revision filed by the Petitioner herein vide Appeal No.325 of 2020(R.O.R)(D4) against the order passed by the 2nd Respondent herein vide D.DisNo.D2/1617/2019 dated 04.02.2020 expeditiously within the stipulated time period as this Hon’ble Court may fix in accordance with the law and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to pass an order or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring that the inaction of the 2nd Respondent herein in disposing the Revision filed vide Appeal No.325 of 2020(R.O.R)(D4) by the Petitioner herein against the Order passed by the 3rd Respondent herein vide D.DisNo.D2/1617/2019 dated 04.02.2020, expeditiously in accordance with the law, as sheer arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the provisions of The Andhra Pradesh Rights In Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, besides being violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent herein to dispose off the Revision filed by the Petitioner herein vide Appeal No.325 of 2020(R.O.R)(D4) challenging the
order passed by the 2nd Respondent herein vide D.DisNo.D2/1617/2019 dated 04.02.2020 expeditiously within the stipulated time period as this Honble Court may fix in accordance with the law and pass such other
order or orders…”
2. Heard Sri N.Sai Phanindra Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
3. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the revision registered as Appeal No.325/2020 (R.O.R)(D4) pending before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the appellate authority is bound to decide the case in accordance with the law expeditiously.

Ergo, this Court directs the 2nd respondent-appellate authority to make an endeavor, or to put to an end, by making all the efforts, in deciding the case with due diligence within a reasonable time for disposal of the revision on merits and as per law, after hearing all the parties to the dispute, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, not beyond three (03) months from date of receipt of a copy this order.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
