Heard on I.A. No. 03, an application for disposal of the matter. 2. The petitioner has submitted at paragraph 3 in the application as under:- “The petitioners say and submit that in the meantime certain developments which have taken place are necessary to be placed on record. In respect of the land in question the petitioners through their architect Shri Mohnish Anand Sahu has submitted a proposal after paying fee payable in this regard on 31.8.2024 and 18.9.2024 and the map submitted by the petitioners although in accordance with the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 is deemed to be approved, however, the petitioners have also obtained documents from the website of respondent Corporation in respect of status of their building permission submitted as above through their architect and the petitioners have found that the map submitted by architect for the petitioners has been approved and in this regard instead of making other averments, the petitioners file herewith a copy of the document obtained from the ofÏcial website of respondent Corporation as ANNEXURE-A. In these circumstances, for the present, there is no need of further prosecution of the matter and the petitioners therefore, are seeking disposal of the matter that the respondent Corporation shall take appropriate steps for providing duly approved map regarding which decision has already been taken and uploaded in website as stated above” 3. Referring to paragraph 3 of the application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent/Corporation to take appropriate steps to 3 provide duly approved map, regarding which the decision has already been taken and uploaded on website. 4. Learned counsel for the Corporation has no objection to the submission raised by the counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the above submissions made by the parties and looking to the contention made in the I.A. No. 3, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Corporation/Respondent No.4 to take appropriate steps to provide duly approved map, if the said proceeding is pending before the Corporation, within a period of 4 weeks. 6.
