Petitioner’s grievance is that his representation Annexure P-2 dated 18.09.2025 annexed with this writ petition, seeking applicability of Madan Lal versus State of H.P and others.2 has not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWP No. 3341 of 2019, decided on 04.09.2021. 2 Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and as well as taking into consideration the above judgment in case of Madan Lal2, within a period of six weeks from today.
