Sri B.Abhay Siddhanth, learned counsel for the Petitioner would that, Respondent Nos.4 to 8 created disturbance at the Adabala during the preparation of congregation and also submit Gardens resolved to stop the congregation, which is being held on the 1"' Friday of every month by the Petitioner. Learned counsel would further submit that the Petitioner has been doing the congregation since 2021. Learned counsel would further submit that, inspite of the several oral and written the Official Respondents have not considered the representation dated 03.09.2025, same. 3 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, Police are directed to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision over the matter forthwith according to governing rules and law. Police are further directed to take a decision over the matter keeping in view the fact, which is not in dispute, that the Petitioner has been doing this congregation since 2021. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. 5.
