05/07.04.2025 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.08.2020 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) issued by the respondent no. 5 by which the said respondent has provided employment to the respondent nos. 9 to 18 in lieu of acquisition of the land appertaining to various plots of Khata No. 35, Mouza- Chamatu, PO & PS-Balumath, District-Latehar, measuring an area of 55 acres. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction

upon the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for employment as well as compensation for the land appertaining to various plots of Khata Nos. 35 & 36, Mouza- Chamatu, District-Latehar, measuring an area of 55 acres and 8.70 acres, which is in the name of her father considering her share in the said property as the employment has only been provided to other co-sharers on the basis of wrong genealogical table. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no.
2 to take appropriate action against the erring officials, who have prepared incomplete and wrong genealogy table of the respondent no. 19 without mentioning the name of the petitioner as her daughter depriving her from employment and compensation. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent court of civil jurisdiction seeking declaration that she is the daughter of Jaglal Saw, S/o Gurucharan Saw so as to claim compensation and other benefits for acquisition of the land in question. 3. Considering the said prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Manish
