GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 24728/2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for release of salary of the Petitioner from April, 2024 to May, 2025. 2. The Petitioner, while working as an Office Subordinate, had filed W.P. No. 11568 of 2023 to continue him as an Office Subordinate up to 62 years by considering the G.O. Ms. No. 15, dated 31.01.2022, and this Court passed an interim order on 03.05.2023 directing the Respondent Authorities therein to continue the Petitioner till he attains the age of superannuation of 62 years. However, the salary of the Petitioner from April 2024 to May 2025 was not being paid. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3. Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on the signed instructions of the Divisional Forest Officer, Wildlife Management Division, Eluru, dated 13.09.2025, wherein it is stated that the salary bill of the Petitioner from April 2024 to May 2025 was submitted to the District Treasury Officer, i.e., the Respondent No. 4, and token numbers were also issued. 3 Therefore, the salary of the Petitioner would be credited to his account shortly on the basis of the priority expenditure. 4. In the light of the Written Instructions submitted, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed and the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) The Respondent Authorities are directed to pay the arrears salary to the Petitioner from April, 2024 to May, 2025, as expeditiously as possible ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
