Issue, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the courts below/Principal Judge Family Court, Muzaffarnagar to conclude and decide the Matrimonial Divorce Petition No. 565 of 2022 (Sachin Kumar Vs. Smt. Jyoti) within stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarnagar. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
