MAIN CASE Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that amount of award in terms of order dated 07.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Dinesh Kumar 2025.07.21 19:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP No. 1266 of 2025 (O&M) [2] Additional District Judge, Bathinda, shall be deposited with respondent No.2 (Sh. Balkaran Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Bathinda) within three weeks from today. [2] In response, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, on telephonic instructions, submits that the said payment shall be deposited with the Principal Civil Court-cum-Additional District Judge, exercising the powers under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 at Bathinda within two weeks thereafter. [3] In view of the aforesaid undertaking extended by respective learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition any further. [4] Disposed off accordingly. [5] Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 shall be bound by their stand as taken. [6] Rule stands discharged.
