THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No. 24162 of 2024 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents for not permitting the petitioner-institution to participate in the APEDCET 2024 counselling despite having obtained recognition from the apex body i.e. NCTE vide orders dated 05.04.2016 and affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 from the 4th respondent- university dated 28.02.2024, which is communicated to the 2nd respondent and also the tuition fee is notified by the 1st respondent and communicated the same to the 2nd respondent vide letter No.2105702/HE-RM/A2/2023, dated 10.03.2024 for the academic years 2023-2026 without there being any reason. 2. The 2nd respondent addressed to this Court on 24.10.2024 that they are not preventing the petitioner to participate in APEDCET 2024 counselling for the academic year 2024-2025. Subsequently, the respondents are permitted the petitioner-institution to participate in the APEDCET 2024 counselling. 3. Hence, on the above said grounds, the petitioner sought permission of this Court for withdrawal of the Writ Petition and endorsed the same on the bundle to that extent. 2 4. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
