Cr.MP No.2697 of 2026 By way of instant application filed under Section 72(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/respondent for cancellation of NBW issued by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2026. It is averred in the application that though applicant/respondent had already instructed Sh. Varun Chauhan, Advocate to put in appearance on his behalf on the given date i.e. 16.06.2026, but inadvertently, on that date above named counsel failed to put in appearance. Since applicant/respondent Vijay Thakur has already come present before this Court and is being represented by Mr. Varun Chauhan, Advocate, in whose favour he has executed the Power of Attorney, there appears to be no impediment in accepting the prayer made on behalf of the applicant/ respondent and accordingly same is allowed. The Non-bailable warrants issued vide order dated 16.06.2026 for securing the presence of the applicant-respondent on 08.07.2026 are hereby cancelled, with the direction to the applicant/respondent to remain present in Court either in person or through counsel on 08.07.2026.
