In and by an order dated 03.06.2025, I have requested the Registry to call for report from the learned Sub Judge, Omalur indicating the time required to final disposal of the suit in OS. No.1 of 2022. In compliance with the same, the Registry has also forwarded the order of this Court to the learned Sub Judge, Omalur. 3. The learned Sub Judge, Omalur, in and by the proceedings dated 20.06.2025 has stated that the suit is now posted to 08.07.2025 for filing of the additional written statement regarding amendment of the plaint, which has been ordered by the Court. Unfortunately, despite being called upon to indicate the time required to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1/2022 which was only to find out the convenience to the learned Sub Judge; the report does not indicate the time required to dispose of the said suit. I am not inclined to give further time to the Sub Judge Omalur to comply with the request made by this Court in true letter and spirit. 4. Considering the limited request sought for in this revision, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 5. In any event, considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2022, I direct the learned Sub Judge, Omandur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2022 on or before 19.12.2025 without seeking any further extension of time. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 2023 of 2025 6.
