Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Advocate, for the applicant/respondent. CMP No.25232 of 2025 By virtue of the judgment dated 06.08.2025, CMPMO No.641 of 2023 and CMPMO No.12 of 2024 had been disposed of. Both the petitions are inter se the same parties. The present application has been filed for release of amount, which has been deposited in the Registry of this Court, on account of arrears of maintenance due and payable by Sh. Ashish Kumar (petitioner) in CMPMO No.641 of 2023. The amount has been deposited in CMPMO No.12 of 2024 filed by the present applicant (Shifali Dhiman). Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection, if in case the present application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed and amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant along with the proportionate interest accrued thereupon. The same be remitted in the bank account of the applicant, details whereof have been given in para 4 of the application, subject to proper verification of her identity.
