the applicants/petitioners. Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for respondents/State. While placing on record communication dated 27.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 17.10.2025, learned Deputy Advocate General states that in compliance to the order dated 19.08.2025 passed in CMP No.444 of 2025 and
order dated 02.09.2025, passed by this Court in COPC No.333 of 2025 as well as approval conveyed by the Government vide letter dated 01.10.2025, services of petitioners no.1 to 4, 6, 8 and 11, who were initially appointed as Pharmacist on contract basis in the year 2002, have been ordered to be deemed regularised notionally from the date of their initial appointments on contract basis by the respondent-department vide office
order dated 17.10.2025, however, same shall be subject to final outcome of the LPA No.566 of 2025.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner states that though in terms of order passed in LPA,
detailed hereinabove, petitioner may not be entitled to back wages, but order with regard to pay fixation are required to be passed.
3. Learned Deputy Advocate General states that
order of pay fixation, if not already passed/issued, shall be passed/issued expeditiously, preferably, within a period of ten days.
4. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly the same is disposed of, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the contempt petition revived, in case needful is not done within the stipulated time. October 28, 2025
